Information you choose to share

The Contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. We use those details to respond to your request and, when configured, to deliver the message to the store contact inbox.

Checkout asks for the details needed to receive and confirm an order, including your name, email, phone number, address, city, state, postcode, and optional order notes. The order request is sent to the store so the team can confirm delivery and Cash on Delivery arrangements.

Analytics, cookies, and pixels

Analytics measurement is off by default. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when this browser already carries a stored analytics consent from an earlier visit, and Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are loaded only when a stored marketing consent is present. When a stored consent allows it, these tools may measure visits, product interest, cart activity, checkout starts, and accepted Cash on Delivery order requests for campaign reporting. With marketing consent, TikTok may also receive a server-side order event containing hashed email and phone values plus request network identifiers; raw contact details and the TikTok access token are not sent to the browser or logged by the store.

Analytics cookies are used only with stored analytics consent. Meta and TikTok pixels are used only with stored marketing consent, and missing provider configuration disables that provider. You can withdraw a stored choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which stops future store events from being sent. Vendor code already loaded in your browser is not necessarily removed, and a provider may retain information already collected under its own policies.

Services used by the website

Product catalogue information and product images are served through Sanity, the content service used by this store. The website is hosted through Vercel. When the store email configuration is enabled, Resend is used as the email delivery provider for contact and order notifications.

The browser stores cart and wishlist state in local storage so those selections can remain available when you move between pages. These values are used for the shopping experience and are not presented as an account or server-side wishlist service.

How to ask about your information

If you have a question about a contact request or order information you submitted, use the Contact page and include enough context for us to identify the request. Do not send card details or other sensitive payment information through the contact form.

The website currently supports Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. An analytics Purchase or TikTok PlaceAnOrder event means that the order request was accepted by the checkout API; it does not mean that cash was collected, the order was shipped, or delivery was completed. Review the checkout and delivery information for the order you are placing, because product availability and order details can change as the catalogue is updated.

Updates

This explanation may be updated when the store adds or changes a form, hosting service, email provider, analytics tool, or checkout behaviour. The current page is the place to check the latest version of the store privacy information.
