Delivery across Pakistan

Orders within Pakistan are generally delivered in three to five working days. Delivery timing can depend on the destination and the order details, so keep the confirmation information available if you need to contact us about an order.

Delivery is free for Pakistan orders above PKR 5,000. Orders below that amount have a flat delivery charge of PKR 250. The applicable delivery information is shown as you move through checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders placed through the store in Pakistan. The checkout flow collects the contact and delivery information needed to confirm your order. Please enter a reachable phone number and an accurate address so the delivery conversation can move smoothly.

Seven-day returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within seven days of delivery. The item must be unused and unwashed, and it must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Contact us through the Contact page to start the conversation and share the order details we need to help.

Items bought on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure about size, colour, or a product detail, review the images and listed information or contact us before ordering.
