These terms describe the basic expectations for using the Hijab by Rabia website and placing an order through the current store experience. They are written for clarity and should be read with the relevant product and delivery information.
Using the store
Use the website to browse products, save items to your browser wishlist, add products to your browser cart, contact the store, and place legitimate orders. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when you submit a contact request or checkout form.
Product titles, images, listed sizes, prices, stock status, and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Review the individual product page as the current source for an item before adding it to your cart, because the catalogue can change.
Orders and Cash on Delivery
The current Pakistan checkout supports Cash on Delivery. Submitting the checkout form creates an order request for the store team to review and confirm. An order is not a reason to send payment details through the contact form.
Delivery timing and charges are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free delivery within Pakistan, while smaller orders have a PKR 250 delivery charge.
Returns and sale items
Return or exchange requests must be made within seven days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need help before ordering, contact the store with your product question. Asking before checkout is the best way to clarify the information shown on a listing.
